Pottery Class: Customized Fairy House

This workshop will take participants through the process of making pottery from plain clay to a finished product. Students will be given a slab of clay, and using form patterns and various types of tools, will create a fairy house. Different types of clay decoration will be explored. Finally, participants will use underglaze to add color accents to their creations. Each pot will then be fired and glazed.
