Event Details
Rug hooking is both an art and a craft where rugs are made by pulling loops of yarn or fabric through a stiff woven base such as burlap, linen, or rug warp. Students in this workshop will create a small mat while learning the tools and techniques of traditional rug hooking. A supply list is available upon request.
Cost: $50, or $40 for members.
Instructor: Kathy Eckhaus of the Magdalena Rug Hookers
Ages 16+
Supplies: A hook and loaner frame will be provided. A purchased kit ($75-$90) is required in addition to the tuition cost above.
To sign up, complete a Registration Form and submit your payment below. This is needed for the instructor to begin preparations and to ensure we meet enrollment minimums.
PCCA Member Rate: $40
