Joni Williamson Scholarship Award

Joni Williamson served as Executive Director of the Perry County Council of the Arts for 10 years. Under her guidance, PCCA evolved into an organization that supported the Arts, Arts education, and Arts-related tourism on a regional level, but always paid deference to its local, rural roots. In 2008, the Board of Directors established the Joni Williamson Scholarship Fund to honor Joni and to each year recognize a graduating Perry County senior who has shown dedication to and/or an aptitude for the Arts.

This year, the Joni Williamson Scholarship will be $250.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting mailed applications at this time.

Annual Artistic Awards

Awarded annually to any graduating senior exemplifying passion or proficiency for the arts – literary, musical, visual art, dance, or theatre; continuation of formal education or training not required.
